Fall Equinox Retreat

Join Dawn for movement and meditation practices that set everything
in motion and support you to move with life, no matter what.

There’s a constant source of stress you don’t know about. It’s your nervous system’s response to gravity. And it’s changeable. Learn how to let gravity lift you up instead of pushing you down, so that movement feels lighter and is pain-free. Make gravity your gentle helper.

Healing doesn’t have to be laborious or take a long time. When you find the place where the nervous system feels secure, pain-free movement is available and becomes the new norm as you learn to be in relationship with gravity.

A past participant in this retreat shared the following: “Oh my, what a wonderful weekend with Dawn and our little group. My experience was heartfelt, fun, challenging and even breathtaking at times…all in one. Dawn, you truly are a beautiful soul and I learned so much from just a short time with you. You have an abundance of knowledge to offer and you are very passionate about what you teach to others.”

Meet Dawn

“Please know that if you haven’t found lasting relief or a solution to your problem or pain, it is not because it is unsolvable. You are not defective or beyond the point of repair. Your body is not “just the way it is,” without hope of change. You simply haven’t found a process that works for you, Yet.”

“As you nurture awareness of the “bit” you are interested in resolving; are compassionately curious with what is in your awareness; and work consistently and gently with what is in your awareness, things will shift. With awareness and ease, change is always possible, and life changing. I’m here to support you to discover what is possible for You.”
