Bit By Bit Bodyworks is lead by Dawn Ross, IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist. Using the 8 limbs of Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Movement Education and Neuromuscular Re-patterning. Dawn can help you improve posture, balance, quiet and calm your mind, improve core stability, strength and much much more. One-on-one sessions and custom group classes are available in Calgary, Alberta (September-June) and Kelowna, British Columbia (July-August). Online sessions are available year round.

Assessment Sessions

Assessment Sessions are where we start and for anyone new to Bit By Bit Bodyworks principles and methods. Assessment Sessions are available in Calgary at Physical Solutions, #1 6624 Centre St SE and in Kelowna at Okanagan Natural Care Centre, #3 1890 Ambrosi Rd and online via Zoom Meeting Room.

Assessment sessions include one hour together, summary notes, video resources to lock in the learning and a 30 minute follow up call where we discuss next steps, 3, 6 or 12 Month Programs and referral partners.

One On One Sessions

One On One Sessions are all about personal progress. Your progress! We work together as Co-Pilots, addressing the Quiet Stressor and unwinding tension and compensation patterns.

The Quiet Stressor is your nervous systems learned response. It shows up as poor balance, weak core, excessive muscle tension that can’t be rolled or stretch away, pain, fatigue and sense of weakness or a wearing down of certain joints.

One On One Session are available in Calgary at Physical Solutions, #1 6624 Centre St SE and in Kelowna at Okanagan Natural Care Centre, #3 1890 Ambrosi Rd and online via Zoom Meeting Room. Sessions are 60 minutes and you are provided with notes and video resources to continue to lock in the learning with bit by bit progress.

These are also maintenance sessions for those who have competed a 3, 6 or 12 month Programs.


Workshops

Workshops provide an opportunity to explore a topic/theme in more depth. There is plenty of time for you settle into a supportive space and have an unique and individual experience. As with all our offerings you will feel cared for, supported and grow your awareness in these 90 minute to 5 hour offerings.

Topics include: Developing A Dynamic and Responsive Core, Positive Posture Practices, Mantras and Mudras For Healing, Reset, Reconnect & Renew, Roll and Release For Myofascial Health, Morning and Evening Practices For Healthy Sleep & Butt Amnesia-Waking Up Your Glutes.
